You're welcome, more than anything I'm glad am able to help. Heard winter can be tough for some though it doesn't have to be unfortunate. During the winter months it's important to get out and enjoy the sun. Don't forget tea - which you enjoy - helps with moods as well as other health benefits. Regular stretching can lift your mood physically and mentally. (Yoga anyone?) Won't guess at why but if you notice you overeat try being more mindful? Angel on your shoulder knows you got this! :)

what's on your mind, trying for a distraction from something?
i’m just frustrated and really disappointed at myself for eating more than i should today. i just have no control over anything in my life, i’d like to atleast control my diet. |
